Turn around your attitude about selling and your sales figures will follow. Tell yourself that selling is actually helping people get what they want, selling is a social encounter where you can meet new people and have interesting conversations, and selling is an opportunity to learn about people and how they make decisions. Also, selling is a skill that only gets easier with practice.
