Morgan Stanley falls hard on concerns about Europe (Reuters)

Morgan Stanley stocks fell more than 10 percent Friday, based on concerns that the company's exposure to the European market is a liability.

And frustrated investors who hold Morgan Stanley bonds say that outsiders can and have unfairly biased the bonds' values through speculative credit default swaps, shorting their equity.

"It's like seeing an overweight person walking down the street, buying a life insurance policy on him, then buying a gun and shooting him," said one investor.
