In response to “The secret to advanced Twitter search
I wasn’t aware of all of Twitter’s search capabilities. I’ve searched for terms such as “financial advisors” before and have found the results to be quite unuseful, but I think these extra characters would really help define and narrow my search. Will definitely try these out soon. I just wrote an article today listening six ways financial advisors can use Twitter for their business, and this would have been a good thing to list as well when looking for relevant users to follow.

In response to “Getting to know your client’s ‘money’ personality
To be an effective advisor it is essential to understand personality traits and Price’s model is a great starting point. I would be interested in seeing any correlation with income, age, etc. and her four types. I’ve found it’s easier to modify my behavior to match the client’s than expect the client to change. Also check out “Your Body At Work” by David Givens for useful insight in body language (doesn’t lie).

In response to “Reach your goals through ‘mind-mapping’
I agree about using mind mapping to reach your goal. Although I started using it as a hobby and eventually found out that my career is also about this process. I have been doing graphic recording and mindmapping for six years and just recently came up with my new product about mind mapping to get better grades.
