Term Policies Still Priced Low: Agency

Life insurance rates have been edging upward for the past 24 months but are still affordable, an online life insurance agency says.

Life Quotes Inc., Darien, Ill., says its recent survey of 30 highly rated life carriers found sample annual rates for a 10-year, $500,000 term life policy ranged from $160 for a 30-year-old female to $653 for the same policy for a 55-year-old female.
