At ClientWise, our research shows us that advisors gain leverage by using professional advocates to get client introductions. But what is a “professional advocate?” We define the phrase as a business professional–for example, a realtor, an insurance agent, a CPA, or an attorney– who understands and appreciates what you do, is able to articulate what differentiates you from others in your field, and is actively engaged in partnering with you to serve clients.
