Sagicor Teams With Tampa Bay Rays (CORRECTED)

A life insurer has formed a marketing alliance with a baseball team.

Sagicor Life Insurance Company, Tampa, Fla., will be running a Rays Kids Spirits program at All Children’s Hospital, St. Petersburg, Fla.

The program will feature members of the Rays Major League Baseball team and Raymond, the team’s mascot.

Sagicor employees will accompany Rays staffers on visits to the hospital, and a patient at the hospital will get to throw out the first pitch on a Sagicor Day at the team’s stadium.
