National Planning Corp. has introduced services that can help financial services professionals evaluate and improve their businesses.

NPC, Santa Monica, Calif., is introducing the Navigator, NavigatorChoice and Pursuit programs.

The Navigator program is part of NPC's Web-based Compass business assessment tool.

The Navigator program can assess 12 distinct practice areas, such as time management and succession planning, and identify areas for improvement, according to NPC.

An NPC team will give a financial professional 16 weeks of help with responding to those suggestions, NPC says.

The NavigatorChoice program is an "a la carte" version of the Navigator program, and the Pursuit program is a program that provides one-on-one coaching services.

NPC is a unit of Jackson National Life Insurance Company, Lansing, Mich., which is, in turn, a unit of Prudential P.L.C., London.
