AALU meeting to focus on cutting-edge techniques from life insurance business concentrations

Legislative risks and opportunities abound in the current economic and political climate, forming the basis for the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting’s Annual Meeting. The AALU will hold its Annual Meeting April 25-28, 2010 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. to discuss issues revolving around the advanced life insurance markets.

The AALU Annual meeting gives life insurance professionals the opportunity to learn the latest trends, regulation changes and sales techniques within the areas of Business Insurance and Estate Planning, Qualified Planning, Non-Qualified Planning and Charitable Planning.

The Association also provides the opportunity for attendees to increase their politicalinvolvement by participating in AALU’s Capital Hill day. Scheduled speakers during the event include former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, plus a debate between Howard Dean and Joe Scarborough.
