An insurer has developed new, personalized booklets and enrollment cards aimed at workers who are choosing whether to buy employee-paid group benefits products.

Assurant Employee Benefits, Kansas City, Mo., a unit of Assurant Inc., New York, says it will use an electronic census provided by the employer to generate personalized materials with just a few days’ notice.

The employee-specific materials can be printed and shipped directly to brokers or employers for use during enrollment meetings, according to Assurant.

The materials cover voluntary products such as life, disability and dental coverage, Assurant says.
