My wife and I plan to downsize. We have a bigger house as well as a condo on the beach. What we’d like to do is sell those two properties and move into a small condo. The only problem is, the housing market’s been in the toilet. So, we may have to wait a few more years till the market picks up before we sell.”

To tell you the truth, it’s not my biggest fear. I’m not as worried about outliving my money as I am with things like gas prices. We have an RV and like to travel in the summers and only made it through June this year due to the crazy prices. We may have to wind up selling.”
