VIST Insurance L.L.C. has acquired Fisher Benefits Consulting.
VIST is the insurance agency arm of VIST Financial Corp., Wyomissing, Pa.
Fisher Benefits, Pottstown, Pa., was founded more than 25 years ago by David Fisher, according to VIST Insurance.
VIST Insurance now generates about $12 million in annual revenue, the agency reports.
The Fisher Benefits deal should add about $1 million in annual revenue, the agency says.
VIST Insurance says it has no plans to change the staff or operations at Fisher Benefits but will convert the firm over to the VIST name within 6 months.
