In an effort to provide 'real world' and applicable sales training to the agents of the insurance and financial industry, 18 of the most accomplished and well recognized top producers will come together to present their business building secrets and strategies at an unprecedented two and a half day sales conference. The Learn to Earn Agent Sales Summit, to be held October 8 – 10, 2008 in the Kansas City area, will feature a record concentration of 'real-life' million dollar plus personal producers, meeting industry demand for sales training by those who have achieved the highest levels of success and are still actively maintaining a thriving business. This event has been designed for agents, by agents.
"We're giving back," stated David Scranton, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CFA, a top producing agent and presenter of the session 'Secrets of a 30 Million Dollar Producer.' "It took most of us a long time to find our niche in this business. If we can help other agents forego some of the learning curve, find their own niche and build upon their existing strengths and knowledge, then we've accomplished our goal. We want to help other agents get in a position to effectively help more people, while growing their own successful business."
The event is being hosted by Creative Marketing, a national insurance marketing organization and recognized industry leader in agent education. The company is assisting with organization, logistics and promotion of the Learn to Earn event.
Learn to Earn will cover a variety of topics, including sales and marketing methods, the psychology behind selling, consumer behavior, financial strategy, best practices, and more from the top producing agent's experiences. Each million-dollar plus producer presenting will share their business building strategies, ideas or methods that contributed to their own professional success. A few notable topics from the 18 business building sessions include:
-The Estate Planning Play Book; presented by Al Longtin, ChFC
-Seminars of Tomorrow; presented by Kim Magdalein
-One-on-One With the Client; presented by Bill McLaughlin, CFP (R)
