Pacific Life Insurance Company is offering consumers an online meal nutrition calculator to help them gauge the food value of food they serve themselves and family.
The calculator eliminates the need to add up calories, fat content, cholesterol and other constituents of each meal, says Pacific Life, Newport Beach, Calif.
The calculator can be found on the company’s Web site .
