Reorganization at ING Broker/Dealer Unit

ING Advisors Network announced a reorganization August 13 under which the presidents of its four constituent broker/dealers–Financial Network Investment Corporation, ING Financial Partners, Multi-Financial Securities, and PrimeVest Financial Services–will now report to John Simmers, CEO of ING Advisors Network. Previously, they had reported to Randy Ciccati, president of the network, who has assumed a broader role at ING that includes leadership of ING Financial Advisers, the B/D associated with the ING retirement services business.

Meanwhile, ING Advisors Network announced that Mark Marr, former CFO, has been named executive VP and chief administrative officer; Ashley Duryea was named CFO, replacing Marr; Ashley Agard, former chief marketing officer, was named head of sales and marketing; and chief information officer Jim Clabby now also oversees technology, commissions, licensing and registrations, and strategic integration
