Apex Global Partners Inc. has acquired Benefit Partners Inc.
Apex and Benefit Partners both are benefits brokers and consultants based in Dallas.
The Benefit Partners subsidiaries included in the deal are BP Life and Health Insurance Agency, Benefit Partners Financial Services and BP Risk Partners Insurance Agency.
Apex also will be getting the Benesystems human resources information technology unit.
The price of the deal and other terms were not available.
