Buck Buys Stake In Dutch Consultancy

A U.S. benefits firm is expanding its operations in Europe.

The London office of Buck Consultants has acquired a controlling stake in Phenox Actuarissen B.V., Rotterdam.

Phenox, a benefits, pension and actuarial consulting firm, was founded in 2004 and now has 30 employees.

Buck is a unit of Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas.
