Manulife Sub Unveils Plan Administrator Support Program

John Hancock Retirement Plan Services has set up a Web-based training serviced aimed at independent administrators, or “third party administrators,” who run 401(k) plans.

The TPA forum coach program offers compliance information, information about new Hancock products and services, and training programs designed to fit state continuing education requirements and professional designation training program requirements, according to Hancock, Boston, a unit of Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto.
