The LIC, Atlanta, an arm of LOMA, represents small and midsize life insurers.

Shaw has been chief marketing officer at Unity Mutual Life Insurance Company, Syracuse, N.Y.

Shaw holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant professional designations.
