MetLife Investors Distribution Company, a unit of MetLife Inc., has hired Kevin Crowe to be managing director for the annuity bank channel.
Crowe previously was bank channel chairman at John Hancock, Boston, a unit of Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto, according to MetLife, New York.
Crowe, who founded an annuity marketing company that was acquired by Hancock in 2000, was one of the founding directors of the Bank Insurance and Securities Association, Washington.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree in business from the University of Pennsylvania.
