Exchange Suspends Reinsurer

The New York Stock Exchange has suspended the NYSE listings of the securities of Scottish Re Group Ltd.

The move affects the common stock of Scottish Re and the company’s 7.25% non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, according to Scottish Re, Hamilton, Bermuda.

The NYSE has applied for permission from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to delist Scottish Re, Scottish Re says.

Starting today, the common stock will be quoted on the Pink Sheets electronic quotation service under the ticker symbol SKRRF, and the preferred stock will be quoted under the symbol SKRUF respectively, Scottish Re says.
