The Society of Financial Service Professionals says it hopes to increase membership to 20,000 by 2010, from 18,000 today.
The FSP, Newtown Square, Pa., has given some staffers new positions in an effort to support the new membership drive.
The group has promoted Brian Horn to chief operations and technology officer, from chief information officer; Anthony Smith to managing director of marketing and corporate development, from director of corporate services; and Jill von Czoernig to managing director of member and chapter development, from director of chapter relations.
The group also has promoted G. Ronald MacDonald to managing director of strategic initiatives, from managing director of member and chapter services.
