An insurer is trying to help customers think harder about estate planning.
CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, will be making will preparation services and related services from a unit of ARAG North America Inc., Des Moines, available to life insurance plan members and their spouses at no additional charge, CIGNA says.
ARAG North America is a unit of ARAG Allgemeine Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG, Dusseldorf, Germany.
The Web-based ARAG service also can help customers prepare living wills, health care powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney and other documents, CIGNA says.
