David Krupa, CLU, LUTCF, has been appointed assistant vice president of training and development at The Baltimore Life Companies’ Career Agency Sales Group. He has been a life insurance professional since 1990 and has held positions in market development, sales management and agent training and development.
Christi Daughenbaugh has been appointed secretary of NAILBA’s Executive Committee. Daughenbaugh has served on the NAILBA Board of Directors for two years and on the Board of Directors for the National Brokerage Consortium, a national marketing group, for five years. She is vice president, brokerage manager and principal of the Borden Hamman Agency.
