PolicyOptions L.L.C., a life settlement firm, is now arranging life settlement transactions.
Industry veterans have formed PolicyOptions, Irvine, Calif., and plan to take active steps to disclose all fees and commissions and take other steps to protect policyholders’ interests, the firm says.
PolicyOptions plans to serve as the exclusive broker of record for the policy owner.
The exclusive representation approach should speed up the life settlement process, the firm says.
