PensionOnline Inc. has acquired the assets and client base of the iQuikpay service from Benefit Plans Administrative Services Inc.

PensionOnline, San Francisco, sells Web-based pension administration tools.

Benefit Plans, a unit of Community Bank System Inc., Utica, N.Y., developed the Web-based iQuikpay tool to give plan sponsors a simple, automated tool for collecting and verifying plan data and passing the data onto plan recordkeepers and administrators.
