Ohio National Life Insurance Company, Cincinnati, broadened its line of whole life insurance with 2 new products based on the 2001 CSO mortality table.

Prestige Xcel, designed for both the personal and small business marketplace, offers a high level of dividends that policyholders can use to provide an added death benefit, higher cash values or reduced premiums.

The other product, Prestige Max, is designed to provide substantive cash flow after the premium-paying period through dividends and a preferred loan option. Max is a high-premium policy that is paid up at age 65, or 10 years after issue.
