Personnel Changes: Lincoln, Minnesota Life

Lincoln National Corp. has picked Heather Dzielak to lead its new retirement income security ventures group.

Dzielak, who will become a senior vice president, has been a vice president at the company’s variable annuity business, according to Lincoln, Philadelphia.

Dzielak will be hiring team unit group staffers from outside the company as well as picking staffers from inside the company, according to Lincoln.
