The largest grant, for $150,000, will go to the National Center for Healthy Housing, Columbia, Md., which hopes to use tenant education and environmentally sensitive renovation methods to improve the health of residents of an apartment complex in Worthington, Minn., according to Minnesota Blue, Eagan, Minn.
