Longevity Alliance Inc. has acquired Long Term Care Quote.
Longevity Alliance, Washington, is a company that sells life insurance, supplemental health insurance and other products to older consumers.
Long Term Care Quote, Chandler, Ariz., is a unit of Robert W. Davis & Associates Inc. that runs a long term care insurance quote and rating database service.
Longevity Alliance will be getting the Long Term Care Quote database, the rating system, and the office and employees in Chandler, Longevity Aliance says.
Robert Davis, president of Long Term Care Quote, will serve as an advisor to Longevity Alliance, according to Longevity Alliance.
Kinderhook Industries L.L.C., New York, a private equity fund, provided the financing for the deal.
