NAHU Chapters Put On A Show

The Texas Association of Health Underwriters and the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters are putting on a show.

Members of TAHU and FWAHU, chapters of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Arlington, Va., will be performing health insurance comedy sketches 9 a.m. Sept. 8 in the Rosebud Theater on the campus of the University of Texas at Arlington.

Chapter members will be trying to use the sketches to reach out to employers.

Topics will include the uninsured, government-run health care, consumerism and long term care.

Chapter members will present discussions about health insurance issues after each sketch.

“We’ll try to dispel some of the myths, including the common misperception that insurance agents are boring,” organizers say.

Admission is free, but employers and others who want to attend must register at Document Link.
