Cutler's Company Finds Marketing Partner

Universal Marketing of America Inc. has has signed on as the exclusive distributor for a new, proprietary bundle of health insurance products from USHealth Group Inc.

Universal Marketing, St. Peters, Mo., has developed a network of about 2,000 agents.

USHealth, Fort Worth, Texas, a unit of Credit Suisse First Boston L.L.C., New York, sells high-deductible health insurance plans and other products aimed at individuals and small business owners.

Ben Cutler, the former president of Fortis Health, Milwaukee, and the former co-chairman of America’s Health Insurance Plans, Washington, took over as chairman of USHealth in February 2005.

Universal Marketing and USHealth will start marketing their new family of products in July, according to USHealth.
