Members of the public can arrange to speak for up to 10 minutes at the upcoming meeting of a federal benefits panel.

The Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans, an arm of the Employee Benefits Security Administration, has scheduled its next public hearing to start at 1:45 p.m. May 5 at the U.S. Department of Labor building in Washington.

At the hearing, the council will decide on the topics it should address this year, according to EBSA.
