A large benefits seller has added a financial executive.
The company, Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Simsbury, Conn., has hired Rob Ecker to be vice president and chief financial officer for its group benefits division.
Ecker previously was the general manager of the medical stop-loss business at CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia.
Ecker has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant College in Rhode Island and a master’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University.
