After Hurricane Katrina hit, the ISCEBS rescheduled the meeting to take place in Dallas, but Hurricane Rita forced the ISCEBS to cancel the Dallas meeting.
Now the ISCEBS hopes to try again Dec. 4 in Phoenix.
