Haier New York Life is opening a branch in Qingdao in China’s Shandong province.[@@]
Haier New York Life, Shanghai, began operating in 2002 and set up its first branch, in Chengdu, in December 2004.
Qingdao has a population of about 7 million, according to New York Life Insurance Company, New York.
New York Life worked to form Haier New York together with the Haier Group, Qingdao.
Haier New York Life now has about 1,500 professional agents in China, and it has about 180 employees and sales representatives in Qingdao.
