Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company has hired Leah Bytheway and Linda Wagner to be vice presidents.[@@]

Fort Dearborn, a unit of Health Care Service Corp., Chicago, the parent of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, says Bytheway will be in charge of group administration and Wagner will be in charge of the individual and retirement products division.

Bytheway previously was international product management director at Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Hartford. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba.

Wagner has been an executive vice president for insurance product delivery for Bank One Corp., Chicago. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Missouri State University and a master’s degree from Webster University.
