An Irvine, Calif., bank holding company has asked a Purchase, N.Y., distributor to provide products for its investment program.[@@]

The distributor, Independent Financial Marketing Group Inc., says a broker-dealer unit will be offering customers of the bank holding company, Westcorp, mutual funds, annuities, life insurance policies, stocks and bonds.
