NFP To Join Russell 3000 Index

NU Online News Service, June 14, 2004, 2:19 p.m. EDT – National Financial Partners Corp., New York, a financial services distributor, will join the Russell 3000 Index June 25.[@@]

The Russell 3000 is a stock index developed by the Russell Investment Group, Tacoma, Wash., that reflects the performance of the 3,000 largest U.S. stocks. Russell came up with the latest listing by ranking publicly traded U.S. companies by their market capitalization, or the total value of their outstanding shares of stock, at the end of May.

Russell is a unit of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Milwaukee.
