Biographical Notes

Paul Rasplicka is a senior vice president and senior portfolio manager with AIM Capital Management Inc., his employer since 1998. Previously, he was a portfolio manager with Invesco Trust Co. He began his career in investing as an equity analyst with Fayez Sarofim & Co. and later joined Daniel Breen & Co. LP as a vice president, partner and money manager. He holds a BS in business administration from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He holds designations as a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Investment Counselor.
