Hartford Life Names Two Retail Investment Sales Directors

NU Online News Service, Aug. 21, 2003, 4:31 p.m. EDT – Hartford Life Insurance Company, Simsbury, Conn., has promoted Bruce Ferris and Ryan Johnson to senior vice president.

Both executives will also be directors of sales and marketing, and both work in the investment products division at Hartford Life, a unit of Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Hartford.

Ferris is in charge of marketing Hartford Life’s retail investment products to banks, regional broker-dealers and regional independent financial planning firms. He previously was a vice president.

Johnson will help oversee sales and marketing of Hartford Life’s retail investment products. He also will oversee the relationship management and business development of national accounts.

Johnson has been a Hartford Life vice president of broker-dealer sales for individual investment products since 1999.
