Feb. 26, 2003 — In an article originally published February 14, Most Mutual Funds for Children Get Failing Grade, Standard & Poor’s incorrectly reported that Royce Fund Trust & Giftshares/Inv (RGFAX) beat its small-cap value peers in each of the past five calendar years for the period ended Dec. 31, 2002.

The Royce Trust & Giftshares Fund beat its small-cap value peers in three of the past five calendar years for the period ended Dec. 31, 2002. Over that time, the portfolio ranked fourth within the universe of 204 small-cap value funds.
