Mark C. Tibergien, the nation’s leading authority on
financial planning practice management, has joined Investment Advisor
magazine as a monthly columnist. His first column, entitled “Formulas for
Success,” will appear in IA‘s February 2003 issue.
A principal and member of the Executive Committee at Seattle-based Moss
Adams L.L.P., the tenth-largest accounting firm in the U.S., Tibergien has
been working since 1973 with public and private companies on matters related
to business valuation, financial management, compensation, succession
planning, and strategy formulation. His particular expertise is in
consulting with broker/dealers, financial advisors, investment managers, and
other financial services organizations. For the last four years,
Accounting Today has recognized Tibergien among its “100 Most
Influential People” in the accounting profession, as well as “One of the 10
People to Know in Financial Planning.”
A member of the Financial Planning Association, Tibergien is also the
