Structured Securities Attorney Yurke Joins Morriso

NEW YORK (HedgeWorld.com)–Morrison & Foerster LLP hired structured securities and derivatives specialist Alice F. Yurke to work in the law firm’s finance and infrastructure practice.

Ms. Yurke had been with Clifford Chance US LLP, where she had experience working on managed hedge fund transactions and structured transactions involving principal protection, according to a Morrison & Foerster statement. She has worked with J.P.Morgan Chase, Credit Lyonnais, CDC Financial Products Inc. and Credit Suisse First Boston, the statement said.
