PHILADELPHIA (HedgeWorld.com)–Rock Hill Investment Management launched a multi-strategy arbitrage fund on Oct. 2.
The fund, Rock Hill Investment Partners LP, has taken on a relative value arbitrage approach. Peter Lockhart and Wayne Bloch manage the new fund. Before founding Rock Hill, Mr. Lockhart was the head of convertible arbitrage at Susquehanna International Group, a global securities trading firm. He left the firm last February. Mr. Bloch co-founded and co-managed Rose Glen Capital, a hedge fund investing in structured securities. Managing partner and co-founder of the new fund, Gary Kamisky also was a co-manager of Rose Glen.
Goldman Sachs is the fund’s prime broker.
