NU Online News Service, Aug. 7, 10:05 a.m. – Sapient Corp., Cambridge, Mass., a technology consulting firm, has hired John Flynn to run its insurance practice.
Flynn will help insurers, reinsurers and producers develop electronic systems to handle product sales and support services, the company says.
Before Flynn joined Sapient, he was a principal and head of insurance at BusinessEdge Solutions, Inc., East Brunswick, N.J., a company that set up Web-based business systems.
Flynn previously spent 13 years with American International Group Inc., New York, most recently as the senior vice president of European Operations and Systems at the American International Underwriters unit.
