Protegrity Partners With INSUREtrust

NU Online News Service, June 25, 11:30 a.m. – Protegrity Inc., Stamford, Conn., a provider of solutions that protect franchise data, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with INSUREtrust.com LLC, Atlanta, which provides e-risk management solutions, to sell combined data protection and e-risk insurance solutions to e-businesses.

Protegrity’s Secure.Data solution automates privacy rules and encryption-based security for valuable information within corporate databases. INSUREtrust offers e-business insurance policies, including its flagship policy, INSUREtrust Electronic Information Errors and Omissions, which helps protect businesses against third party liabilities resulting from technology errors and omissions, multimedia offenses and breach of computer security, the company says.

Together, the companies plan to offer organizations protection methods for corporate information and an overall financial recourse in the event of electronic property damage, the company says.
