Douglas A. Dachille is a founder and CEO of First Principles Capital Management LLC, an institutional asset management firm located in New York City. Immediately prior to co-founding FPCM, Dachille was president and COO of Zurich Capital Markets Inc. Dachille spent the majority of his career at JPMorgan, where he was the global head of proprietary trading and chairman of the firm's capital committee. In addition, he served as a trustee of Morgan's qualified plans and he designed and managed the firm's non-qualified plans.
