Tim Arnoult has been named to lead global treasury services at the Bank of America. He succeeds Dan Riley, who is retiring. In his new position, Arnoult reports to Gene Taylor, BofA's president of commercial banking.

Arnoult, 55, most recently was the Bank of America's technology and operations executive. In that position, he had the responsibility not only for all of the bank's information technology, but its operations support as well.

Before being appointed to that position in 2000, he served as president of BofA's Private Bank and president of its consumer and commercial banking group for the central region, which encompassed 10 states.
