A former employee of the advisory firm Pence Wealth Management, part of LPL Financial, is now scheduled to face trial April 3 on charges he fatally stabbed a co-worker and the co-worker's roommate, court records indicate.

Ramy Hany Mounir Fahim of Irvine, California, has pleaded not guilty to two murder counts and denied all special circumstances that would make him eligible for the death penalty in the killings of co-worker Griffin Cuomo, 23, and Cuomo's roommate, Jonathan Bahm, 23, at their Anaheim apartment in April 2022.

The trial previously was scheduled for this month.

Online records for California Superior Court, Orange County, show a jury trial in the case (#22NF1025) set for next month, nearly four years after the fatal attacks. Orange County district attorney's office representatives didn't immediately respond to an email Tuesday seeking information on the case.

Representatives of LPL also didn't immediately respond to an email Tuesday seeking information related to the case, nor did an attorney believed to represent the defendant immediately return a call from ThinkAdvisor.

Cuomo started work as a marketing and media assistant at Pence Wealth Management in May 2021, according to his LinkedIn profile. Bahm described himself in his profile as a recent computer science graduate looking for work in the games industry.

Fahim's LinkedIn profile describes him as starting a job as a research associate for Pence Wealth in November 2021.

CityWire reported on the trial schedule earlier Tuesday.
