Cetera Financial Group says it has launched IntelligenceEngine, a proprietary suite of AI-powered tools and services designed to help financial professionals "accelerate growth by transforming client data into action and unlocking untapped value within their existing books of business."

IntelligenceEngine combines advanced analytics, planning technology and client engagement tools into a single, seamless growth platform, the firm said.

“With IntelligenceEngine, we’re enabling advisors to scale meaningful conversations and drive measurable outcomes from their existing client base,” according to Chief Solutions Officer Christian Mitchell.

“This solution was designed to strategically connect the dots between data, planning, and action. Each element powers the next, creating a multiplier effect on efficiency and growth,” Mitchell added.

Components of the suite, according to Cetera, include:

  • GrowthLine Commercial Activation Engine, which is designed to convert insights into revenue by automatically identifying opportunities, prioritizing client segments and triggering intelligent outreach across communication channels.
  • Jump AI Software, which uses natural language processing to mine advisor-client meetings for insights, capturing action items discovery moments, and behavioral signals that feed directly into GrowthLine’s activation triggers.
  • AdviceWorks Account Aggregation, which offers information about held-away assets by enabling clients to link external accounts, allowing advisors to deliver more complete, goals-based advice.
  • MoneyGuide and eMoney Financial Planning Software, which helps advisors visualize full client net worth, review overlooked assets and generate advice across the total household assets.

San Diego-based Cetera Financial Group works with about 12,000 advisors and institutions. As of March 31, it had more than $554 billion in assets under administration and $246 billion in assets under management.
